What is included in the price per sq. m. with structure

Details

• Space rental.
• Placing of the main structure (loan) made by panels 2,50 meters tall.
• Placing of the velvet carpet (the choice of the type and colour belongs to the PROEJCT MEPE).
• Special label with your brand name on it.
• Placing of 5 floodlights of 100W for every 15 sq. m. and a socket for a refrigerator or a heater. ATTENTION: Industrial current shall be requested from and paid to the Exhibitions electrical power managing company.
• Basic cleaning of the stand and communal spaces. Specific cleaning of the stand after agreement of the exhibitor with the cleaning staff.
• Registration of your company’s data in the catalogue of the Exhibition, both in English and Greek.
• Provision of 200 invitations for every 50 sq. m of stand.
• Printing and providing all the necessary prints, invitations etc.
• The advertisement of the Exhibition in medias proposed by the company in charge of the campaign.
• Loud speaker installation and musical coverage of the Exhibition.
• Fire insurance of the Exhibition, for the total amount of 3.000.000 Euro. Civil liability insurance up to 1.500 Euro per person.
• Safekeeping of the stands by a Security Company after closure and until it opens again.
• Free unlimited parking.

What is included in the price per sq. m. without structure

• Provision of 200 invitations for every 50 sq. m of stand.
• Printing and providing all the necessary prints, invitations etc.
• The advertisement of the Exhibition in medias proposed by the company in charge of the campaign.
• Loud speaker installation and musical coverage of the Exhibition.
• ATTENTION: Industrial current (dedicated panels, industrial current) is charged apart and is provided only after agreement with the electrical installations team of the Exhibition.
• Cleaning of the stand after agreement of the exhibitor with the cleaning staff.
• Fire insurance of the Exhibition, for the total amount of 3.000.000 Euro. Civil liability insurance up to 1.500 Euro per person.
• Safekeeping of the stands by a Security company after closure and until it opens again.
• Free unlimited parking.
• Free provision of a forklift transport truck from goods entrance to stand.
